FONAES, Fondo Nacional de Empresas en Solidaridad, is a decentralized institution of the Ministry of Economy, which attends the individual and group  initiatives of scarce resource entrepreneurs, in the attempt to support productive projects, the establishment and consolidation of social enterprises and participation and impulse of social financing schemes.
